These answers cover the main sales and licensing website. Installed creator sites are independently managed by their owners.
What do I receive when I buy FanPad?+
You receive the licensed FanPad Host Script for use on the domain attached to your order, together with access to supported updates made available for that licence.
Is FanPad a monthly subscription?+
No. FanPad is sold as a one-off software licence for one domain. The installed creator site can charge its own members according to the creator’s chosen membership terms.
Does FanPad take a percentage of creator memberships?+
No. FanPad is designed so the creator runs the installed site on their own hosting and connects supported payment services directly. FanPad does not take a platform percentage from those creator memberships.
How does the domain licence work?+
A standard FanPad licence is tied to one domain. The installer and runtime licensing system validate that authorised domain. If you need to move a licence, contact FanPad or use the licence management process provided for your order.
Can I install FanPad on my own hosting?+
Yes. FanPad is a self-hosted PHP/MySQL script. Your hosting must meet the technical requirements shown by the installer.
Where are early-access videos hosted?+
FanPad can work with YouTube-hosted videos, including unlisted videos used for early access. The installed site controls who can reach the protected member post, while YouTube remains the video host.
How do updates work?+
Supported installations can check for signed FanPad updates from their own administration area. The licence server verifies the authorised domain before update packages are supplied.
What happens if I pay by bank transfer?+
Bank-transfer orders remain pending until the payment is manually confirmed by FanPad. The download and domain licence stay locked until that approval is completed.
Where do I download FanPad after I have purchased it?+
Use the FanPad Member Centre. Your customer account keeps your domain licence and current authorised Host Script download available after the original checkout download link expires.
